The Rookery

Set on the rugged coastline of Bicheno, Tasmania, The Rookery is a boutique accommodation development comprising 12 architecturally designed buildings and 14 self-contained units. Two buildings incorporate dual-occupancy accommodation, combining an upstairs self-contained studio with a separately accessed, fully DDA-compliant ground-floor unit featuring specialist accessible inclusions.

Delivered in a remote and environmentally sensitive location, the project showcases IHT Constructions’ capability to deliver complex, accessible accommodation without compromising on craftsmanship, detail or finish.
